Ciocca Honda. Top notch customer service, from the internet sales staff (Megan [Barto]), and the show room sales staff (Andy [Wallett] ), and a really great selection of vehicles for me to pick from. On the internet sales side, there were fantastic photos to see, of more angles of the vehicle than I ever found anywhere else: even some of the manufacturer sites! Megan and her team did a great job at organizing the vehicle information, and then patiently answering my questions on several vehicles until I was ready for a test drive. I ended up with a Honda Acura, and I love it. It has great gas mileage, a smooth and quiet ride, comfortable seats, and plenty of interior storage space and trunk space. Andy took care to make sure I was set up for all the paperwork needed, handled getting my trade-in settled, and answered any questions I had about the vehicle. The financial process was quick, efficient, and a breeze to complete. Ciocca Honda was a great place to buy a car. No pressure tactics, plenty of technical information, and a great atmosphere to car shop in. Taking the car in for routine maintenance is going to be enjoyable: everyone feels welcome at Ciocca!

Great Customer Service!
I recently traded in my '01 Honda Civic for an '09 Certified Used Civic. I specifically worked with Joe Barone in sales, and Michael Melhorn in the financial department. Both were extremely helpful in my quest for a used car. They got me a great deal and I absolutely love the car. Since I drove away, I noticed some minor problems, and Ciocca Honda has been more than willing to fix them. Their number one goal is customer satisfaction, and I'd say they've accomplished that 100% in my case!

I traded an 06 Wrangler on an 03 Element. We drove 2.5 hours from South Jersey because we found what we wanted on their website. I have been part of the "New Car" experience about 10 times. Even though I was getting a 7year old $7000 car our salesman Mike Loy Treated us the same as if we were paying cash for a brand new $30,000 car. I know because I purchased a new $25,000 Pickup cash one time. I wasn't treated badly, Just not as nice as Ciocca. Everyone in the sales and financial department and anyone else we dealt with in the glass offices behind the showroom was also very nice and helpfull. They went out of their way to get me approved even though I didn't live in the area. Shortly after leaving the dealership with the car the airbag (SRS) light came on. I brought it back for them to look at, and Joie in service said they would fix it free of charge. I was also impressed by the fact they had recycling recepticles in their wating room, and wifi that even worked outside in your car.

Mr. Gregg Ciocca,

I am writing to make you aware of a positive experience I had recently at your dealership.  A couple of weeks ago I dropped off my Civic for scheduled maintenance.  While it was being serviced, I went for a bike ride.  50 minutes later, I had my second flat tire.  I was prepared for one flat, but not two, so I was stuck out in the countryside south of Jonestown.  I called the dealership to ask if the courtesy shuttle could pick me up.  While I was told the shuttle does not run on Saturdays, Mr. Guelcher offered to come and get me.  As it turned out, he had to drive over 16 miles one-way to rescue me.  I don't know what I would have done if he had not come through for me.  It would have been a very long walk.

If this experience is indicative of the customer service provided by the staff of Ciocca Honda, I will be definitely be returning when it comes time to buy a ne car.
